I doubt I will gather enough support for this song to be made as one of the NDP 2009 songs on the Facebook group…. 
Well, the consolation is that the copyrights of this song has been bought over by Nexus and is now the promo song of N.E.mation! III! Woo Hoo!

I really love it! We haven’t had good NDP songs in such a long time. They really should make this the theme song. They kept complaining about how Singaporeans are forgetting the roots, and in an attempt to connect Overseas Singaporeans to their homeland, have songs that include so many other cities instead of talking about our homeland! This is exactly what we should have! Something catchy and describes the essence of Singapore. This is the kinda song I will want to hear when I’m overseas and missing my home.
I love this!!! This is unlike the pretentious song we had that merely mentioned a whole bunch of cities but almost nothing on Singapore at all. Instead this described the essence of Singapore – What we’d actually remember about our home. If they want to try connecting Overseas Singaporeans to Singapore, this is the kind of song they need!
