<p>Do you remember Nanz Chong? She is the founder of the One.99 shop!</p>
<p style="text-align: center;"><a title="DSC02655 by vic.sg, on Flickr" href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/ahseng/4042774804/"><img class="aligncenter" src="http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2802/4042774804_a822b87781.jpg" alt="DSC02655" width="400" height="300" /></a></p>
<p>Last Friday, <a href="http://nadnut.com/" target="_blank">Nadia</a> brought me along for a Sony Event and had the chance to meet and interact with Nanz and her team.</p>
<p>After the closure of the One.99 chain, Nanz wrote a book titled &#8220;<a href="http://www.selectbooks.com.sg/getTitle.aspx?SBNum=038495" target="_blank">One Business, 99 lessons</a>&#8221; and now she has started her own portal, <a href="http://nanzinc.com" target="_blank">Nanz Inc</a>, with Theresa Tan, the former Editor of Female magazine, Vanilla magazine and former Editor-In-Chief for ELLE Singapore.</p>
<p><a href="http://nanzinc.com/" target="_blank">Nanz Inc</a> aims to educate, equip and empower Asian Women to “do life better” and the topics include Business and Style. Nanz shared with us that they are surprised that they have a fair bit of male readers even though it is targeted at the ladies.</p>
<p>They will be having a launch party on this coming Thursday. Sorry Nanz and Theresa. I will be away in Kuala Lumpur to attend a conference. Have a good time ladies <img src='http://vic.sg/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p style="text-align: left;">We were also being introduced to a range of the latest series of Sony Vaio. I owned 3 Sony Vaios in my life before I switched to a MacBook Air.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;"><a title="DSC02657 by vic.sg, on Flickr" href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/ahseng/4042032041/"><img class="aligncenter" src="http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2798/4042032041_949339f3e7.jpg" alt="DSC02657" width="400" height="300" /></a></p>
<p style="text-align: left;">The one that caught my eyes is the <a href="http://www.sony.com.sg/product/vpcx113kg" target="_blank">Sony Vaio Series X</a> which is FREAKING THIN and LIGHT!!! It&#8217;s about a weight of a new booklet of foolscap paper and slightly thicker than my iPhone when it&#8217;s closed!</p>
<p style="text-align: center;"><a title="DSC02666 by vic.sg, on Flickr" href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/ahseng/4042779632/"><img src="http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3494/4042779632_4894a55069.jpg" alt="DSC02666" width="300" height="400" /></a></p>
<p style="text-align: left;">It&#8217;s running on Intel Atom Processor (1.86 GHz) and Windows 7, weighs 655 grams and has a 3.5 hours battery life.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;"><strong>And the price tag for this little beauty is a whopping&#8230;</strong></p>
<h2 style="text-align: center;"><strong><strong>*Drum roll*</strong></strong></h2>
<h2 style="text-align: center;"><strong> SGD $1,999!!!</strong></h2>
<p style="text-align: left;">I would love to own one of this, but too bad I am not rich enough. Bye bye <a href="http://www.sony.com.sg/product/vpcx113kg" target="_blank">Sony Vaio Series X</a>.</p>
