Thank you so much for having this promotion where you give out free tickets for us to fly to KL and having us just to pay the taxes.

However, it is really ridiculous to inform us that there will be a flight delay due to the late arrival of the aircraft, just 10 mins before the flight time. We were all QUEUING outside the gate already, you know?

Did you know that you could have told us earlier so that we can eat and shop at a leisure pace than to rush ourselves just not to miss the flight?

I am surprised by this kind of service, especially that you are a subsidiary of the Singapore Airlines. Time to review the way you treat your customers.

    It happened to me and Diana too when we were heading to BKK! The crew don’t even know when the plane will land when it was time for boarding! *rolleyes*

    Abt 1.5 hrs. I’m ok with flight delays, but informing me at the boarding gate is just a big no no. Everyone were queuing up to board the plane.

    1.5hrs is pretty long to inform you only at the last minute. Sometimes we queue up at the gate and they inform us the flight is delayed 30 minutes still not so bad.
