About Vic

I am a Senior Executive with the Health Promotion Board, specialising in New Media. I established the social media crisis communication during the H1N1 pandemic in Singapore and spearheaded several blogger engagements in health communication campaigns.

I spent more than 4 years with the Propaganda Office NEXUS (Central National Education Office) as a Senior Specialist, actively involved in projects ranging from:

• Website Development/Revamp and development of New Media Strategies
• Outreach Programme Developments and Events Management
• Above-The-Line and Below-The-Line Marketing

I mooted the idea of N.E.mation! in 2006 and it clinched the following awards for NEXUS:

• Bronze Award at the National Innovation and Quality Circle Convention 2006
• Excellence Award (Group) for Innovation at the MINDEF Defence Policy Group PRIDE Day 2006

I am into photography, design, marketing, advertising and programme developments too.

I love eating durians.

I am suffering from Seborrheic Dermatitis and that explains the redness on my face at times.

I have a love for gadgets.

I prefer Nokia Symbian Phones and not interested in iPhone though I’ve bought an LOVE iPhone.

I love Zumba Fitness!
